Last summer the Taliban overthrew the Ghani government from power, and re-emerged as Afghanistan’s ruling power, following the withdrawal of US and NATO troops. How will the Taliban govern this time? Are the last 20 years progress of women’s rights and education in danger? How can Norway and the rest of the world influence the future? Is lasting peace under the Taliban possible?
