Increasingly intelligent machines will replace more and more human labor, that much is certain. But what will be the outcome? Will it lead to increasing inequality and millions of people without work? Or will these advances create new industries, better jobs, and a better life for all? What is the greatest danger for humans in developing smarter machines? And what are the greatest opportunities? What must we do now to shape a positive future as AI improves and spreads?
Speaker: Garry Kasparov is a Russian pro-democracy leader, chairman of the Human Rights Foundation, business speaker and author, and former world chess champion. His latest book is «Deep Thinking: Where Machine Intelligence Ends and Human Creativity Begins».
